What AdSignal collects
AdSignal stores account details you provide, such as your name, email address, subscription status, workspace settings, and team membership. When you connect Meta Business, we store encrypted Facebook app credentials and access tokens so the product can sync ad accounts, campaigns, pages, comments, and related performance data.
How the data is used
We use this data to authenticate you, display your dashboard, moderate Facebook comments, sync campaign and account data, process billing, send product notifications, and support automation features you enable. AdSignal does not sell your personal data.
Facebook comments and pages
If you enable comment moderation or auto-hide, AdSignal may receive, store, hide, unhide, like, or reply to Facebook comments using the page permissions you granted. You can disable these automations from the dashboard and remove Facebook connections from settings.
Data retention and third parties
We retain account and campaign data for as long as your account is active. Connected Facebook access tokens are stored encrypted and are removed when you disconnect an app or delete your account. We share data only with the processors required to run the service: Meta (Facebook Marketing API) for ad management, and NOWPayments for crypto billing. We do not sell your data.
Data deletion
You can delete your data at any time: disconnect Facebook apps in Settings to remove stored tokens, or request full account and data deletion by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion”. We will permanently delete your account, campaign data, and all stored Facebook tokens within 30 days of the request.
